• Complete a comprehensive assessment that includes symptoms and personal health history. • Formulate a diagnosis. • Identify patient risks. • Create an informed, person-centered treatment plan that integrates co-morbid conditions such as neurological dysfunction, substance use & medical concerns.

• Issue medication prescriptions in accordance with treatment guidelines. • Order laboratory tests, interpret, and explains test results. • Provides patient education regarding medications, risks, benefits, and reasonable outcome expectations. • Communicates with patients and engage in follow-up, as necessary.

Some services may not be covered by insurance or are considered out-of-network. For those services not covered, individuals can request a superbill, after payment, to submit to their insurance company for possible reimbursement.
