• 120, 180 or 240 grams of useable cannabis flower that a patient is allowed to purchase within a rolling 30-day period.
• 36, 54 or 72 grams of total THC infused products (like concentrates or extracts) that a patient is allowed to purchase within that same 30-day period.
  
• ​Edibles: Medical cannabis edibles can contain up to 40 mg of THC per serving and 400 mg of THC per package. This is higher than the adult-use (recreational) limit of 10 mg per serving and 100 mg per package 

Recreational
-Purchases are Taxed at 9%
​-Possession is limited to 1.5 ounces of cannabis flower, 12 grams of concentrated cannabis, or a total amount of cannabis products that does not exceed 750 mg THC.
-Possession of more than 1.5oz is a civil offense
Possession of more than 2oz is a criminal offense
-Types of products are limited
-THC potency is limited to 10mg per serving

“Keep your medical card for sure,” advises Hayhurst, who likens it to a "VIP" card at state dispensaries. “A lot of the extracted products like butters, batter, sugar, shatter all that stuff, that's all going to be allowed to the medical program and not necessarily through the adult use program.”
