Initial Psychiatric evaluations (40 minutes) = $350 Medication Checks (20 minutes) = $150 Medicinal Cannabis (Marijuana) Certification for a medical marijuana card with full psychiatric evaluation: Private Pay: $350 With Insurance: $150 + Copay Certification for medical marijuana card ONLY: Initial $150 & Re-Certifications: $75 Certifications for medical marijuana can be completed during an initial psychiatric evaluation or as a stand alone service. Re-certifications need to be completed annually and are charged separately. |
